Your internet connection may not be working properly.
It may not be the proper recommended size of 5 mb.
Also, there could be too many people sharing your internet connection.
2. I see a black window but no words or player controls.
Your web browser might be outdated. We suggest using
the Google Chrome web browser.
We do not support Internet Explorer 8 or 9 which mostly run on Windows 7 - you will need to install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Also, you might want to try installing or updating your Adobe Flash Player .

IE8 and IE9 are no longer supported by Microsoft, make up a tiny fraction of our traffic, and are therefore no longer actively supported.

Your company might have a content filter or firewall that is blocking the video from playing.
Contact your IT person and ask them to whitelist adminmonitor.com, brightcove.com, and brightcove.net domains.
