The Texas Education Agency (TEA) will conduct a public hearing from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of testimony or not later than 12:00 p.m. to solicit testimony and input from the public on proposed revisions to 19 TAC Chapter 100, Charters, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Open-Enrollment Charter Schools, Division 2, Commissioner Action and Intervention, ยง100.1033, Charter Amendment.
